**We are SO happy that you are here finding all of the goodies that you NEED to have in your closet! A common question that we are asked is "What is the return policy?" SO we are going to answer that in one fell swoop!! Here we go: Agape offers an in store credit program! We want you to be 100% satisfied with not only your purchase but with your overall experience in our Boutique! We are able to achieve this with our in store credit program! (YAY!)
**In the event that you are unhappy with a recent purchase we MUST be contacted within 2 days after receiving your item/s. Items must be sent back in the condition they were received (i.e. tags attached is applicable).
**The items must be sent back VIA mail no later than 5 days upon receiving your item/s. We must have tracking numbers sent either to our direct inbox or via Email;
** It is the customers responsibility to take care of all return shipping costs.
** Please keep in mind that undergarments, accessories, bodysuits, and sale items are FINAL SALE ONLY.
** Returned packages due to incorrect address, unable to deliver, unable to forwards to sender etc- If you would like Your package resent, you are responsible for original shipping fee as well as 10% supply fee for shipping supplies.

**Flat Rate Shipping- $4.50
** Free Local PickUp
** Our shipping rates are kept at the lowest possible rate allowed as we pay for programs to keep you ladies happy with how your packages get delivered to you! With that being said, if you order something directly from our website, please know that it is expected you select a shipping rate UNLESS Agape has previously stated otherwise with you personally.
** Free Local Pick Up is ONLY for people that we personally know. This is an offer that we keep in place, for close friends and family or if we have specified otherwise with you. We appreciate your understanding on this issue.
**We understand that paying for shipping can sometimes be a stink but luckily for you, we have kept our rates at the lowest possible amount that we can afford to
** Please note that Agape does not meet up with customers locally. We are an online business that operates as such. (I,E, if you ordered something from Macy's, you wouldn't expect a Macy's employee to meet you somewhere with your order, you would just select the cheapest shipping rate. Luckily for you...WE HAVE THAT GIRL!!)
